Seeed Studio Releases Seeeduino Stalker. Here is an idea on how to use it.

Today Seeeed Studio released its much anticipated Seeduino Stalker. The Seeeduino Stalker is an extensive Wireless Sensor Network node, with native data logging features and considered modular structure. It could be conveniently used as sensor hub or integrated data collector for monitoring, tracking and etc. I can think of several projects this could be used for. One that immediately popped into my head was...more after the break.
to use the Stalker combined with a Seeeduino to data-log the relationship between CO2 levels ambient air temperatures in your city. This data could then be imported to a Google maps or Google earth type interface and a heat map created. This data could then be made public via a website. To do this you would need Seeeduino Stalker, Seeeduino, Xbee (optional), Temp sensor such as a thermocouple, and CO2 sensor. Then stack a GPS shield on top to save the location of the readings. You could store the data on a mini SD card via the provided slot on the Stalker or you could have the Xbee send the data to a second Seeeduino with Xbee shield and have it store the data on an SD card via a SD shield.
Do you have an interesting project in mind for the Seeeduino Stalker? Let us know in the comments.
